It will help us if your proposal contains the following information:

The Project
Nature of project (Trial/Audit/Service Eval etc), Background, Objectives, Methods

What is being asked of HaemSTAR – e.g. advertisement/promotion only, data collation, to run the project (e.g. Flash-Mob), etc.

Proposed credit for HaemSTAR involvement – e.g. acknowledgement or authorship
